Silirub B1

Silirub 501 B1 is a high quality, neutral, highly elastic, one-component sealant based on silicones which conforms to the DIN4102 B1 standard for fire retardancy and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours in certain joint configurations (tested to BS 476/20).

Applications :

– all usual building joints
– all glazing application
– joints with high fire retardant qualities

Silirub Colour

Silirub Color is a high-quality, neutral cure elastical one-component joint sealant based on silicones. It has especially been developed for colour matched sealing based on the RAL System colours

Applications:

All building- and construction joints which require a colour matched sealant
All glazing works on powdercoated aluminium, PVC, painted wood
Topsealing at glazing jobs on powdercoated aluminium, PVC, painted wood etc.
Joints with high movement between different building materials.
Sealings between painted wood, PVC, powdercoated aluminium, etc and brickwork, concrete, etc.

Acyrub

Acryrub is a high-quality, plasto-elastic one component joint sealant based on acrylic dispersions.

Applications:

Joints with movements up to 15%.
Connection joints in the building industry
Joints between windowsills, between skirtingboard
and floor, between brickwork, etc.

Firecryl

Firecryl FR is a one-component intumescent plastoelastic joint sealant based on acrylic dispersions

Applications:

– Interior fire-resistant applications
– Fire-resistant sealing compound for cracks in concrete and plaster
– Fire-resistant connection joints in the building industry
– Fire-resistant joints with movements up to 10%.

Fix all fills & bonds 750ml

Fix All Fills & Bonds Handheld is a ready to use single component self expanding polyurethane adhesive. The product has been developed for clean, efficient, economic and permanent bonding of insulation panels and lightweight decorative elements in wall and roof areas.

Applications:

Bonding of various types of insulation panels onto roofs, walls and façades.
Bonding of decorative elements in façade applications.
Filling of cavities between insulation panels.

Soudafoam Fire Foam

Soudafoam FR is a single-component, selfexpanding, ready to use polyurethane foam with propellants which are completely harmless to the ozone layer. It has a fire rating of up to 360 minutes in certain configurations.

Applications:

· Fire retardant installation of window- and door frames
· Fire- and smoke retardant sealing of connections between partition walls, ceilings and floors
· Filling of cavities
· All applications where fire retardant characteristics are required such as:
· sealing of all openings in roof constructions
· sealing of cable- and pipe penetrations
· creation of a sound-proof screen

Soudafoam B2

B2 Fire Rated Hand Held Fixing Foam with CFC-free propellant is a one
component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam with
propellants which are completely harmless to the ozone layer and meets
the German Fire Class B2 (DIN 4102-Part 2).

Installation of window- and doorframes
Filling of cavities
Sealing of all openings in roof constructions
Creation of a soundproof screen
Mounting and sealing of window- and doorframes

Soudafoam B3 (1K)

Fire and smoke seals.Intumescent fire and smoke seals for a safe and effective barrier against fire, cold smoke and hot gases.

Description:

Intumescent fire and smoke seals for fire door assemblies. An ASTRO intumescent graphite based fireseal contained within a PVC sleeve fitted into a rebate to either the leaves or the frame will in the event of a fire expand (intumesce) to many times its original volume and seal the gap around the door to provide a safe and effective barrier against the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases.

Fire Grills

A durable ventilation grille which is easily mounted in doors, ducts, floors & walls, and can provide in excess of 1/2 or 1 hour fire protection. Astroflame Fire Grille comprises of a moisture resistant intumescent core within a galvanized steel frame with vermin proof 6mm steel mesh fitted to both faces. The design allows a free area of 80% approximately. See our table below for guidance.

ASTROflame Face Plate Series presents a Mild Steel Louvered Grilles designed to satisfy all types of air transfer application in offices, shops, schools, hospitals and many other commercial projects. Manufactured using modern press machinery and production techniques the ASTROflame Face Plate Series is robustly fabricated from 2Oswg mild steel and comprises of horizontal louvres set on an 8.5mm pitch with a 30% downward deflection

Intumescent Glazing Tape

A flexible self adhesive polymer based extruded intumescent material suitable for sealing wired or fire resistant glazing into wooden fire doors and fire resistant partitions.

On exposure to heat from a fire Astroflame Intumescent tape swells, thus prohibiting smoke and flame from passing through the aperture between wood and glass,providing resistance in excess of 1/2 hour.

Intumescent Glazing U-Channel

U Channel for 6mm glass. Cost effective, easily installed dry glazing gasket for use in fire doors using clear or wired glass. Elastic composition of the channel grips the glass.
15mm tall 10.5mm wide and supplied in 5, 5 or 100 Metre lengths.

Firestop Compound 20g

Fire Collars

Our pipe collars are manufactured from a high performance material bonded to the inside of a steel sleeve, which on exposure to heat from a fire will rapidly expand inwards to squeeze the collapsing plastic pipe until the aperture is completely sealed.

Our pipe collars are light and compact, easy to install, maintenance free and find uses in multi- storey office buildings, flat level developments, hospitals and hotels, and anywhere plastic soil and waste pipes pass through fire compartment walls and floors.

Mineral Fire Boards

Specifically designed for sealing around service penetrations in walls and floors, a single Astroflame board (60mm thick) can provide high levels of fire integrity and insulation offering up to 4 hours resistance in accordance with BS4746: Part 20: 1987.

Astroflame Boards consist of a mineral fibre core coated on both sides with Astroflame Mastic, which transforms into a hard ceramic during a fire to prevent the passage of fire and smoke and the transfer of heat.

Pipe Wraps

Flexible strips of high performance intumescent material encapsulated in a polythene sleeve – designed for wrapping around plastic pipes that pass through masonry floors and walls. on exposure to fire the wrap expands rapidly inwards to squeeze the collapsing plastic pipe until the aperture is completely sealed.
